This is a bug so we will be on it Let you know as soon as it has been fixed

Hmm...takes away a lot of the fun and meaning of the xp, when it doesnt work, so I really hope its high in your priority...

Hehe we just had a few weeks of exclusive 13+ levels for our new canadian users No seriously, the bug which is causing this has been identified and is currently being worked on, hang in there
