How to clear the cache
There has been some talk about how to clear the cache. Heres what I know about it. If you spot some errors, please correct me.

How to empty the cache.
In Chrome.
Click on the wrench (skiftnyckel), click on remove web information (Ta bort webinformation), tick the box Empy cahce (Tacheminnet) then click on Clar web information (Rensa webbinformation).
In Internet Explorer.
Click on Tools (Verktyg), click on General (Allm), under Web history (Webbhistorik) click Remove (Ta bort) then tick the boxes for which information you want to clear. Normally I would say tick the box for Temporary Internet files (Tempor Internetfiler).
Firefox.
Click on Tools (Verktyg), Clear history (Rensa ut tidigare historik). Then in the next window tick only the box Cache and then click on Remove (Ta bort)

I am not sure about the wording in English since I am using all browsers in Swedish

Above all, keep swinging.
hehe...who didnt know this?
Now, now. Behave. The next time it's you or me that asks a question that someone else thinks is stupid. One thing I have learned is that if one person have a question then there is always at least one more person who has the same question.

Only too true, expect nothing beyond the knowledge of what a left / right click with the mouse is and even such basic knowledge can sometimes.......
Well, I for one is completely off when it comes to computers...so, thx for the help! (in my defence, I had to say that when I was your age, Kalle, the computers were like a hundred times slower and a hundred times more expensive than today and there was 1 on 100 persons that own one...)
I bought my first PC in 1986. A Toshiba 3100 laptop but no battery. The price was 36 000 SEK = $5000. I guess that I was 1 of those 100

The specs were

CPU Intel Intel 80286, 8 Mhz
RAM 640 kb
Drive 10 Mb harddrive; internal 3,5" floppy drive, 720 kb; connector for external 5,25" floppy drive, 360 kb
Operating System MS-DOS 3.2
Screen Resolution Graphic mode: 64000; 64000; Textmode: 805
Weight 7.5 kg

Bit of a difference compared to today. You definitely did not want to carry it for too long

I have tried this and yes, it is good. But it cleared out a little bit too much for me and I had to reinstall onGOLF.

onGOLF uses software from kalydo and it is placed in the temp folder. CCleaner cleans the temp folder and of course the kalydo stuff then disappeared. So you need to set up an exception for the kalydo stuff. Otherwise you need to reinstall the game. And if you have all golf courses already set up then you need to set thenm up again. Which is a bit unnecessary and it takes some time as well.

So if you ant to use, make sure that you set up an exception for the kalydo stuff.

Keep swinging

Thanks Lennart for pointing this one out!

You can find the folder you want to exempt to your cleaning program here:

Win XP - X:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Temp\kalydo
Win Vista/7- X:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\kalydo

Good cleaning
