Since some players have asked, finalists who drop out during the finals are still eligible for the Lucky Loosers Challenge, so don't forget to submit scorecards even while you play the finals

Is this played with One round only or can we play how many times we want to get a good score card? How do you keep track if people do play only one round?

you can play more than one round if your opponent agrees

But you say that we shall submit the scorecards, so its the best card that counts then? I mean, we shall send in ALL of them, right? Its a little confusing...since it use to be only one round in the previous finals and only one card submitted, but then again, there was no lucky loser on the side in the previous competitions......

Yes confusing and unfair to say the least. If one quarter paring have the time to play several games and another paring only can play once cause of different gap in schedule its a huse disadvantage.

The way to go about it should have been that you only have one chance, and the second most fair deal should be that the quarter finals was played as single games with the chance to play as many as you like like and send in the best one. This despite the lucky loosers draw.

I just had to fully agree with Nick!

A final play, should only be one time occasion. When you can pick the best scorecard during the week, this final play excitement will be almost off.

Please try to give us a detailed description over the rules before the competitions started, and that no one can possibly misinterpreted them. It should not be any space for discussions about the rules, and at least not during the play!

Hi all,

We understand and the reason we allow you to play more than once was we could not control people from playing more than once in a good manner. Now we have introduced a new rule for the semi finals and final to prevents cheating and keep the excitement. In semi finals and final, you can only play once and you need to book a time and notify us before you play.
Pls refer to :http://www.ongolf.com/news/2716832454261855464
Feel free to comment and check the Notes carefully.
Good luck and looking forward to the finals!

To reply MrKG,

As to submit as many scorecards as you can, that's for Lucky Loser. You are right about Lucky Loser is only new to this Tournament, we didnt have it in previous Tour before. So please read our note under the lucky loser.

We encourage our finalists to take part in this too, just so they get to win even they dont make it for the final 3.

As to the quarter finals, you can only submit once scorecard but could play more than once before you submit if your opponent agree.

For semi finals and final, you need to book a time with your opponent and notify us in advance, and play only once, submit the scorecard with 1 hour.

but how do you know wich is the scorecards for lucky loser and wich ones for the quarterfinals..? I just think that U should have been cleared all this stuff before the playoffs, especially when there is changed rules since last competitions...another thing is with multiplayer...there is still a lot of problem for many players in multiplayer mode...lagging, interupted swings, difficult starting the game etc etc...why couldnt U just set a time every night at for example 8 oclock and the player can choose wich day is suitable and play his round at that time...it should be easy for U to keep track of the games played that time, so there is no cheating...and only ONE try per player is the most fair way, I think...

still not everyone has time at 8 pm ;) with the new rule everyone can pick a time which suits them, but then can only play once starting with the semi final. the finalists should mark the scorecards they are submitting as final cards btw as described in the mail which was send to all finalists today, so we can easily tell them apart

I totally agree in that it should be one round, and another thing is that if i play with my opponent and score 54 for 5 rounds in a row and he only score 65 and dont want to submitt the scorecard, in the 6th round he score 54 and i just 65 and now he wants to submitt the card, how do we solve this? As you see there can be some kind of konflikt when we play like this. I dont think that my score should be decided by somone else and the other way around.

Agreed, there will be one game from now one as announced, both opponents have to agree on a time and inform us first before playing then the time stamp scorecard send in will be compared and have to match it within a 30 min window (start time)
